Boeticus is a migratory species and seems to be quite widespread, although I have never seen more than one specimen in any given place. It could be confused with Lang's Short-tailed Blue (leptotes pirithous) on the basis of the underside patterning, but boeticus is generally larger and more triangular, and the white band is more definitive.
4117: I am assuming 4117 is a male based solely on body shape.
25-16 is a male, with the tails almost completed obliterated in this poor photo of a rather battered specimen, with rather wide black marginal borders.
